Our first KOTI is on Long Street, Cape Town. A place right in the middle of the city, with a neighbourhood and a city to discover just beyond its doors.
ONCE A TOWNHOUSE, 134 Long Street carries its history in
its brick, timber, pressed metal and original proportions.
We’ve retained and restored these elements, adding new layers of material, craft and colour shaped by the journeys that connect India and Cape Town. Old and new meet throughout the building, keeping its story visible while making room for what comes next.
